Huawei launched the P6 S quietly in January 2014, and we can see why; the phone itself has little changes to shout about over the Huawei Ascend P6. What you will get though, is the same well-designed exterior build, albeit slightly thicker now. The Huawei Ascend P6 S features a 4.7-inch IPS LCD screen, 1.6 Ghz quad core processor (was 1.5 Ghz in Ascend P6), and dual standby support. With prices in the range of RM900+, the Huawei Ascend P6 S is still a great buy for consumers looking for a mid range smartphone that has a premium look and feel. Not only does it have dual-sim standby, the Ascend P6 comes in 8 GB or 16 GB internal memory variants. 2GB ram is standard across both variants, and so is GPS, bluetooth, and WiFi. The Ascend P6S and P6 share the same camera: a decent primary at 8 megapixels, and packs a 5 megapixel for the front facing secondary camera. However, in low light conditions, Huawei Ascend P6 S primary camera performs poorly.
